What to Have Ready When You Contact Us

You do not need to have everything organised before you call. But the more of the following you can give us, the closer the first quotation will be to the final one, because these are exactly the inputs we price against.

• Both addresses, including the floor and whether a working lift is available at each end.
• Approximate volume. A rough count of bedrooms, or the number of sofas, beds, mattresses, wardrobes and major appliances.
• The distance and the type of move - local, within the city, or to another city or state.
• Which services you want - packing, loading, transport, unloading, unpacking, storage, or car and bike transport.
• Anything unusual. A piano, a large aquarium, a glass display case, a single very heavy item, or a building with a staircase too narrow for your furniture.
• Your preferred date, and whether it is fixed. If the date cannot move, that changes the vehicle and crew availability we plan around.
• Photos of the goods to be moved, if you are sending the message on WhatsApp. This is often faster than describing them.

What Happens After You Get in Touch

The sequence is the same for every enquiry, whether it arrives by phone, by message or through a service page.

1. Details are taken. Addresses, volume, services needed and your dates. If anything is unclear, we ask rather than assume.
2. A survey is arranged. Often a video call is enough for a straightforward flat. A house with a narrow lane, a lift too small for the sofa, or a large volume usually needs a visit.
3. You receive a written quotation. Itemised, showing what is included and the packing standard being applied.
4. You decide. Read it, ask questions, and confirm a date. There is no pressure to book from the first call.
5. The move is planned. Crew size and vehicle are chosen for the job, and the arrival window is agreed.
6. On the day. The crew arrives, the inventory is started, and you can point to anything fragile before it is packed.
7. On delivery. Goods are checked against the loading inventory, carried in and set up, and unpacking is done if you booked it.

Do you charge for a quotation? No. The survey and the written quotation are free and carry no obligation.

Do you operate outside Lucknow? Yes. Barabanki, Gonda and Bahraich are covered as regular regional work, and we handle intercity and interstate moves across India.

Can I get a price without visiting the site? You will get an indicative starting range immediately from any service page, and a written quotitation once we know enough about the job. Both are based on real details rather than a flat figure.

Do you answer late at night or on Sundays? We take enquiries throughout the day. Office relocations themselves are normally scheduled outside working hours, which is a separate question from when we answer the phone.

Why We Ask So Many Questions

A moving quotation can only be accurate if the inputs behind it are accurate, and most of the questions we ask are the ones a customer rarely thinks to mention. Nobody sets out to describe the width of their staircase. Nobody remembers that the lift is out of service on the fifth floor until the crew is standing in front of it. Nobody expects to be asked whether the marble staircase can take the weight of a steel almirah, and it is a fair question.

So we ask. Not to create work, and not because we do not trust you, but because the difference between a well-surveyed quotation and a guess is the difference between a move that happens on the day you planned and one that does not. What Happens if the Job Is Different on the Day

Sometimes it is. People underestimate a volume, or an extra room gets packed, or something heavy turns out to be heavier than it looked. This is normal and it is not a confrontation.

What matters is that it is discussed rather than absorbed. If the scope of the work changes, we tell you, explain what the difference is for, and agree it with you before we work to it. You will never find a change on an invoice that you had not heard about beforehand. If a variation turns out to be in your favour, for example there is less to carry than you thought, that is reflected too.
