What This Gallery Shows
The photographs on this page are drawn from the work we have done: loaded vehicles, wrapped furniture, crews at work in different parts of Lucknow, office relocations in progress and vehicles on the carrier. They are included so you can see the standard of work before you commit to a booking, which is more useful than a stock image of a smiling team holding a clipboard.
It is worth knowing what a gallery of a moving company can and cannot tell you. It shows equipment, vehicle condition and crew method. It does not show your specific job, and it is no substitute for a survey. The details that actually decide whether a move goes smoothly, such as the width of your stairwell or the size of your lift, can only be assessed on site or over a video call.
How Our Work Is Actually Documented
Because photographs alone are not evidence, every job also comes with written records. These are the documents you should expect to see, and they are the reason moves with us rarely end in a dispute about what happened.
- An itemised quotation. Issued before booking, showing the services included and the addresses involved.
- A loading inventory. The number of crates, boxes and wrapped pieces, recorded as they go onto the vehicle.
- A condition record for vehicles. Any pre-existing damage to a car or bike is photographed and written down at collection, so it can never be attributed to transit later.
- A hand-over checklist. Checked off at the destination against the loading count.
- Labelled crates and boxes. Numbered by room or department so unloading and setup are sequence work rather than improvisation.
What You Will See on Moving Day
A typical house shifting day looks more methodical than most people expect. The crew starts in one room, packs it completely, and only then moves to the next, so the work never spreads out across the property. Furniture is wrapped in layered material and taped, boxes are labelled, and heavy items are loaded first because they should sit low and against the vehicle wall. Everything is strapped down rather than simply stacked.
On an office relocation you will see crates numbered against an inventory, sealed confidential material, and furniture taken apart and reassembled by department so a floor can be rebuilt in the right order. On a vehicle transport you will see a condition report being taken before the car goes onto the carrier, which is the step that prevents most arguments later.
Questions Before You Book
Most people looking at a gallery are trying to answer one of a small number of practical questions. The four we hear most often are answered honestly below.
Are these all Lucknow jobs? They are mostly from Lucknow and the surrounding districts, with some intercity work. If you need a specific kind of job done, ask us directly whether we have done something similar rather than assuming from the photographs.
Can I see the vehicle before I book? Yes. You are welcome to see the vehicle that will carry your load before the loading date.
Do you pack, or only transport? Both. Packing, loading, transport, unloading and unpacking can be booked together, or any single part of it can be booked on its own.
How is fragile and valuable furniture handled? It is wrapped in layered material, boxed where the item allows it, and carried in a separate part of the vehicle so it is not stacked against something that can damage it. Tell the survey what is fragile, because that is recorded before the crew arrives.

What to Look For in a Moving Company Before You Book
Photographs are useful, but they show a moment rather than a method. The things that actually determine whether a move goes well are usually visible in the details of a photograph if you know what to look for.
- Is the load being secured or simply stacked? Strapping is visible even in a wide shot, and a load that is properly restrained is one that will not shift under braking.
- Are items wrapped as they are handled, or afterwards? Wrapping at the point of handling is what protects an item; wrapping after the fact is cosmetic.
- Does the vehicle look roadworthy? Tiedowns, closed sides and a clean bed are the baseline, not a luxury.
- Is the crew method visible? A crew working one room at a time is doing the job properly.
- Is anything being carried by hand? A little is normal where a vehicle cannot reach a door. A lot means the access was not checked in advance.
None of these replace a survey, and none of them can tell you whether a quotation is fair. What they do is help you notice the difference between a crew that has done this many times and one that has not.
How to Read a Moving Company Quotation
Even after you have seen the equipment, the number that matters is the quotation. Reading one properly takes about two minutes and tells you more than an hour of looking at photographs.
- Are both addresses on it? A quotation with one address on it is an estimate, not a price.
- Is the volume described? A number of bedrooms, a volume of goods or a list. If it says nothing, the price has nothing to rest on.
- Is packing included, and at what standard? The two are different things, and the difference is the single largest source of variation between quotations.
- Is loading, transport, unloading and unpacking all included? Each can be quoted separately.
- Are there exclusions listed? There should be. A quotation with no exclusions stated usually has them discovered later.
- What is the advance, and what does it secure? It should say that it holds the vehicle and crew for your date.
Two quotations that look very different are often the same price for different jobs, or different prices for jobs that are honestly not comparable. Reading both carefully is how you tell the difference, and it costs nothing.
